ONE-ON-ONE THERAPEUTIC PILATES

The art of controlled movements, Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination.

Pilates uses a combination of mind, body and breath to develop the body to perform at its best. It was designed to develop the body harmoniously, to address imbalances and vicious cycles due to the overuse and over-development of some muscles and the under-development of others.

Pilates is recommended for back pain, chronic fatigue, stress relief, muscle tension, joint pain, pre- and post-natal pains, improving posture, preventing or relieving osteoporosis and arthritis, and relaxation.

It is one of the best forms of full body functional strength training, as it works to develop all the muscles (even ones you were not aware of) to optimize your body for a given sport or daily activity. Finally, it is also a good way to perform HIIT and cardio exercise while avoiding harsh impact on the knees and other joints.

For beginners as well as for the more advanced student. Through detailed and focused attention on you, these private sessions are available to guide and support you through your personal journey. ELDOA / LOADS

Longitudinal Stretch with Osteo-Articular Decoaptation.

This specific self-normalization technique allows a tensioning of the fascial chains around a point of primary lesion or other, which leads to a decoaptation and a myo-fascial solicitation in an articular chain generating a Postural Normalization.

Very good approach for body awareness and proprioceptive work.

Particularly appropriate for athletes, but also for everyone, by adapting a specific program to each one.

MASSAGE THERAPY

Massage therapy consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically: the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of optimizing health.

Massage therapy treatment has a therapeutic effect on the body and optimizes health and wellbeing by acting on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems.

MFS

Myofascial Stretch

Myofascial Stretching is a self-normalization technique aimed at stretching the muscle and its fascia through its own fascial chain. With careful guidance, the specific poses will solicit a tension throughout the entire fascial chain in order to correct a specific muscular link in the chain.
